1. It adopts 4 track cam designs, with knit cam, tuck cam and miss cam. Compared with the normal size single jersey knitting machine, the big size machine has a bigger output and wider fabric width because of its big size and multi feeder.
2. All cams are made of special alloy steel and processed by CNC under CAD/CAM and heat treat. The process guarantees the great hardness and wear-proof.
3. With special designed yarn guide and Lycar roller, the spandex yarn can be added more flexible. And the operator can easily observe and operate without touching the yarn by head.
4. Use GROZ-BECKERT needles and KERN-LIEBERS sinkers, which ensure the fabric quality and long life of machine.
